Michael O’Malley, Main Street, Newport and late of Cornanool, Rehins, Castlebar (18 October 2022) at Mayo University Hospital after a long illness, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Katie, brother Tommie. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Mary Jane, sons Karol and Nathan, daughters Sinéad, Michelle (Cattigan) and Catherine. Beloved grandchildren: Cathal, Liana, Arthur, Colin, Paul-Leo, Gráinne, Janet, Ethan, William and Declan, his sister Mary Gibbons, son-in-law Thomas, Karol’s partner Áine, brothers-in-law, sisters- in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at St Dominick’s Funeral Home, Main Street, Newport, on Friday 21/10/2022 from 5pm to 7pm with removal to the residence of his daughter Michelle, arriving on Saturday morning to St Patrick’s Church, Newport, at 10.45 for mass at 11am, with burial afterwards in Glenisland cemetery. House Strictly Private Please. Family Flowers only, donations in lieu to the Renal Dialysis Unit or the Intensive Care Unit Mayo University Hospital.
