24th August 1955 ~ 28th August 2025.

Passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Bernie (nee Byrne, Ballycarney), much loved and adored Dad of Rachel and Barry, brother of David, James, Mary, Marguerite the late Richard. Michael will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his family, Barry’s partner Livia, his cherished grandson Ollie Michael, mother-in-law Babs and the Byrne family, in-laws, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, fellow hauliers and his many friends.

Reposing at Hammel’s Funeral Home, Kilmuckridge (Y25 C9T3) on Friday (29th Aug) from 3pm, concluding with prayers at 8pm. Removal from his home on Saturday at 12.30pm to St Brigid’s Church, Blackwater arriving for Funeral Mass at 1pm, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery. House Private Please.
