The death has occurred of
Michael O'Rourke
On December 8th 2024, peacefully in the presence of his loving family, at Fairfield Nursing Home, Drimoleague. Beloved husband of Helen, loving father of Patricia, Martin, Nollag, Gráinne and Sean. Brother of Dan, Fr Sean, Eileen, Noreen and the late Nancy. Sadly missed by his sons-in-law Milo, Bill and Paul, daughter-in-law Eithne, grandchildren Sinéad, Eimear, Michael, Aisling, Florence, Michael, William, Thomas, Hannah, and Emily. Also missed by his brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, extended family, neighbours and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at his home (Eircode: P81 V212) on Tuesday Dec. 10th from 4pm to 7pm with vigil prayers at 7pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday Dec. 11th at 12noon at St Patrick’s Cathedral, Skibbereen, followed by burial in the Abbey Cemetery, Bantry.
