Michael O'Shea

O’Shea, Fernhill, Arklow, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Bishopstown, Cork, 1st June 2025, peacefully at home, in the loving care of his devoted wife and family. Michael beloved husband and best friend of Breda (née Lawlor), loving father of Michael and Patrick, treasured brother of Denis, Betty, Mary, Noreen and the late John and William (his twin). He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, brother, sisters, step grandson Ben, daughter-in-law Réiltín, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Michael will be reposing at Hudson’s Funeral Home, Arklow (Y14 PT80) on Tuesday from 3 pm, with removal at 6.30pm to The Church of Saints Mary & Peter, Arklow arriving for reception prayers at 7pm. Funeral Mass Wednesday morning at 10am in The Church of Saints Mary & Peter, Arklow followed by burial in St. Gabriel’s Cemetery, Arklow (walking via Fernhill).
