Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, in the tender and excellent care of the staff of Killure Bridge Nursing Home.

 

Predeceased by his parents Michael and Nelly and his sister Alice.

 

Deeply regretted by his loving children Margaret, Michael, Karen, Orla and Tara and their mother Marian, will be sadly missed by his adoring grandchildren and great-grandson, sisters Kathleen and Trish, daughter-in-law Regina, sons-in-law Tommy, Mike, Derek and Jack, nephews, nieces, extended family and many friends.

Reposing at Killure Bridge Nursing Home (X91 NP44) on Sunday (December 3rd) from 6 pm to 8:30pm with prayers at 7pm.

Funeral Mass on Monday (December 4th) at 1pm in Saint John’s Church, Parnell Street, followed by burial immediately afterwards in Faithlegg Cemetery.

Michael’s funeral cortège will walk from 68 Manor Street at 12;45pm on Monday for Mass on arrival at 1pm.

The family would like to sincerely thank the Nurses, Carers and all the staff in Killure Bridge Nursing home for their compassion and kindness shown to Michael. Thank you for making his latter life as comfortable as possible.
