Michael Ryder

The death has occurred of Michael Ryder, Rossinrubble, Newport, Thursday 21st August 2025, suddenly but peacefully.

Predeceased by his baby daughter Mary, his sister Helen, loving parents Peter and Anne, his nephew Darren.

Michael will be deeply missed and remembered with love by his heartbroken family, his wife Irene, his daughter Linda, his sons Stephen (Nicky) and Damien (Nicole), his three cherished grandchildren Keelan, Alex and Jamie, sisters; Kathy (Belcarra), Sarah (Kilbride), Mary (London), Ann (London), Margaret (Culmore), Breda (Melbourne), brothers; Tommy, Peter, Pat, Liam (Claregalway), John, Jimmy (Carlow) his sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and his wide circle friends.

May his gentle soul Rest in Peace

Michael will repose at St. Dominick’s Funeral Home, Newport on Sunday 24th August from 6pm until 8pm.

Removal from his residence on Monday 25th August at 11am to St Patrick’s Church, Newport for Requiem Mass at 12pm, followed by burial afterwards in Kilbride Cemetery.

House private please.
