Michael Shanahan
Michael Shanahan, Melbourne, Victoria and formerly of Dromin, Listowel, Co. Kerry. Unexpectedly, on January 27th, 2026. Pre-deceased by his parents Philly and Joe Shanahan. Beloved husband of Janet and much-loved father of Lachlann. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his heartbroken brothers Timmy, Joseph, Patrick and Anthony, sisters Joan and Catherine, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, aunt, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends in Ireland and Australia.

Reposing at Lonergan & Raven Chapel, Melbourne, Australia on Sunday (February 8th) from 4.30pm to 7.00pm. A Funeral Service will take place on Monday (February 9th) in St. Brigid's Church, Melbourne at 10.30am (11.30pm Sunday February 8th, Irish time), live-streamed on www.vividstream.com.au/live/michael-shanahan, followed by a private Cremation Service.
A Requiem Mass for Michael will be celebrated in St. Mary's Church, Listowel on Saturday (February 28th) at 10.30am, live-streamed on www.listowelparish.com .
