Michael SHAW

Michael Shaw of Newgardens, Carlow, passed away peacefully, on June 25th, 2021, at St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny.

Beloved husband of Irene, much loved father of David, Geraldine, Angela, Clare, Maria and Kara and cherished brother of John and the late Tom, Dan, Matty, Liam and Phyl.

He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brother, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends.

Due to government advice regarding public gatherings, Michael’s Funeral reception will take place on Sunday at 7.30pm at The Holy Family Church, Askea and his Funeral Mass will take place on Monday at 11a.m.

Burial will follow afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
