MICHAEL SHIEL

Shiel (Ballinakill). Michael passed very peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the care of the wonderful staff in the Creagh Suite. Beloved husband of Maureen and much loved father of Marina, Michelle, Keith, Olivia, Ciara and his late son Barry. Michael will be sadly missed by his sisters Mary, Margaret and Ann, son-in-law Declan, daughter-in-law Michelle, his 8 grandchildren, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family, neighbours, friends and care staff. 

Michael's Requiem Mass will take place in St. Joseph's Church, Ballinakill on Sunday, February 7th, at 1 p.m. and will be streamed live on https://www.facebook.com/BallinakillDerrybrien-Parish-105262921105369, with burial afterwards in Abbey Cemetery. A private funeral will take place in accordance with current guidelines.
