Michael Smyth (Bawn)
Michael Smyth "Bawn" Lakeview, Lishenry, Ballyjamesduff, 10th of July 2022, passed away, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and the caring staff at Cavan General Hospital. Predeceased by his loving wife Kitty brother Gus and grandson Peter, sadly missed by his son Thomas, daughters, Mary & Anne, daughter in law Catherine, sons in law Paddy Deay & Peter Hennessy, grand children, Michael, Edel, Conor, Kate, Maria, Bernard, Caitlin, Lauren, Joanne & Paul, his sister Nancy Tierney, nieces & nephews and a wide circle of neighbours and friends. Our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the professional and caring staff of Castlemanor Nursing Home who cared for Dad so attentively throughout his stay there.
MAY HIS GENTLE SOUL REST IN PEACE
Reposing at his son Thomas and daughter in law Catherine's residence, Lishenry, on Monday 11th from 7pm. Removal on Tuesday evening to St Matthew's Church, Crosskeys, arriving for 7pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday afternoon at 1pm with interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
