Founding member of Claremont Stadium and Navan Athletics club.

Peacefully in his 90th year, surrounded by his loving family at Our Lady’s Hospital, Navan.

Pre-deceased by his wife Nan, partner Margaret, brother Phil and sister Rosie.

Michael will be very sadly missed by his loving sons Michael, Derek, Mark and Feargal, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law Debra, Jeanine, Joanne and Evelyn, sisters Molly and Sheila, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at St. Joseph’s Chapel of Rest, Old Johnstown (C15 C425) on Sunday from 4pm followed by removal at 5:45pm passing his residence to arrive at St. Mary’s Church, Navan for evening prayers at 6:30pm. Funeral Mass on Monday morning at 10am which can be viewed on https://www.navanparish.ie/livestream. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Navan.
