The death has occurred of
Michael (Spud) Murphy
MURPHY (Main Street, Macroom): On 29th December 2023, unexpectedly but peacefully at his residence Michael (Spud), father of Zoe and Nicola, grandfather of Kayleigh, Holly and Blake. father-in-law of Denis, brother of Pat, Jerry, Denis, Kathleen, Joan, Margaret, Ann, Eileen and the late Billy and Mary. Deeply regretted by his family, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends especially Breda & Mick Hurley.
Reposing at Fitz-Gerald’s Funeral Home, Macroom (P12KX79) on Wednesday, 3rd January, from 5.30pm with Removal at 6.30 pm to St. Colman’s Church, Macroom (P12VP20). Requiem Mass Thursday, 4th January, at 12 noon which can be viewed live on www.churchservices.tv/macroom. Cremation will take place at 2pm in The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy (P43DD71) which will be live streamed on https://www.islandcrematorium.ie/services/
