The death has occurred of
Michael Sweeney
Michael Sweeney, 13th March 2026, Roseron House, Aughagower, Westport and late of Dooriel, Ballycroy, Co. Mayo, peacefully at home in the loving care of Sharon, Ronan, Robert, Aiden and Tommy Fayne.
Predeceased by his parents Peter and Margaret Sweeney.
Sadly missed by his heartbroken family, brothers Peter, Vincent, Eddie and David, sisters Mary, Nora, Bridie and Ann, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, the extended Fayne and Burns family, Western Care and all the staff and service members in Carrowbeg Day Service, Westport.
May his gentle Soul rest in peace.
Michael will repose at his home in Aughagower, F28 VH87 on Sunday (15th March) from 4-6pm.
Removal from his home on Monday morning at 10.30 a.m. for Requiem Mass at 12 noon in Holy Family Church, Crosshill, Ballycroy.
Michael will be laid to rest afterwards in Ballycroy Cemetery.
