Michael passed peacefully at University Hospital Waterford surrounded by his loving family.

Thursday the 20th of February 2025 RIP.

 

 

 

Michael will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his heartbroken wife Marion, his beloved children Michael, Deirdre, Claire and Muireann; his adored and treasured grandchildren Joe, Jack, Michael, Claire, Emma, Jamie, Tom, Finn, Sèbastien and Èlodie; his brothers Liam and John; his mother-in-law Peig, his daughter-in-law Elyce, his sons-in-law Paul, Kevin and Stefan; his niece and nephew, relatives, extended family, wonderful neighbours and many friends.

 

 

 

 

The Treacy family would like to thank with great appreciation all the staff in the Oak Ward and the medical staff in University Hospital Waterford for the exceptional care and kindness Michael received.

Michael will be reposing at Falconers Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore, Co. Waterford on Saturday the 22nd of February from 4pm to 6pm.

 

All are welcome

 

 

Michael's Requiem Mass will take place on Sunday the 23rd of February, at 11am at The Church of The Holy Cross, Tramore, Co. Waterford. Immediately after, Michael will be laid to rest in St Declan’s Cemetery, Tramore. Anyone wishing to take part in Michael's Requiem Mass remotely please follow the link below.

Michael's funeral cortège will walk from Lodges Corner, Tramore Credit Union, at approximately 10:40 am to arrive for his Requiem Mass.
