The death has occurred of
MICHAEL WADE
WADE (Slieve Mish Park, Kinsale Road): On July 17, 2024, peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff of St Christopher’s Ward, Marymount and in the presence of his loving family, MICHAEL (Mickey Wade) (late of O’Connell Transport, late member of Cork Southern Hunt and supporter of Clogheen Harriers). Beloved husband of Eleanor (née Desmond), loving father of Paul, Damien and Aisling, cherished granda of Courtney, Abby, Jodie and Katie and great-granda of James and dear brother of Elizabeth and the late Christopher. Sadly missed by his heartbroken wife and family, daughter-in-law Valerie, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing in Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Turners Cross on Friday (July 19) from 5pm until 6pm.
Requiem Mass on Saturday (July 20) at 10am in Church of the Assumption, Ballyphehane which will be streamed Here
Funeral afterwards to St Michael’s Cemetery, Blackrock.
