WALSH (Wilton, Cork & formerly of Bunnafedda, Dromard, Co. Sligo); On January 24th, 2026, peacefully, at the Cork University Hospital, MICHAEL loving partner of Anne (Breen), cherished dad of Concepta, Thomas, John, Noelle and the late Michael, dear brother of the late Anne (Scott) and beloved son of the late Thomas (Tommy) and Mary (Walsh).

 

Sadly missed by his loving family, partner, children, son-in-law Ronald (Gibbons), grandchildren Rachel, Lisa, Aisling, Megan, Kyle, Hazel, Kevin and Oscar, great-grandchildren Tadgh, Caoimhe, Aoibhinn, Aerin, Emeli, and Ruby, his nephew Fintan (Scott), brother-in-law Paddy Joe (Scott), relatives, neighbours and friends.

 

 

Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd; on Wednesday (January 28th) from 2.30pm to 3.30pm.

 

 

Funeral afterwards to The Island Crematorium, Rocky Island, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork.
