Michael Walsh

Walsh, Michael; Coolnagour, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford, 16th January 2022, passed away peacefully  surrounded by his loving family in the gentle care of The South East Palliative Care Centre, University Hospital Waterford. Michael is deeply missed by his wife Lena, children Francis, Philip, Emma, Stephen and Enda, adoring grandchildren Aoife, Eoin, Kerrie, Ruth, Lauren, Bradley, Elizabeth, Ronan and Michael, his sisters Joan Stapleton (England), Ina Sheehan and Mary Magee, his brothers Pat, John, and Tim, daughters-in-law Grainne, Edel, Karen and Louise, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, his many nieces and nephews, and a wide circle of friends both in Dungarvan and around the world. Michael is predeceased by his mother Abina, father Michael, sister Margaret, brothers Ned, Jim and Willie and other members of the Walsh and Malone families.

Michael will be reposing at The Kiely Funeral Home, Dungarvan (X35 XN79) on Wednesday evening, 19th January, from 5 p.m. with Prayers at 7 p.m. Requiem Mass on Thursday morning, 20th January, at 11 a.m. in St. Mary's Parish Church, Dungarvan. Interment afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.
