Michael Whelan (O'Faolain)

Michael Whelan (O’Faolain) , Killianiker House, Rooskey, Co.Leitrim. Peacefully in the loving care of the nurses and staff of Roscommon Hospice on 13th December 2025.

Michael will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his family , beloved daughters Karen and Michelle, sons Michael and Jonathan and their mother Rose, sisters Mary, Angela, Cathy and Patricia, daughters-in-law Brenda and Rachel, sons-in-law Aidan and Tony, grandchildren Amy, Ryan, Karl, Jack, Rose, Ruby, Alex and Harrison, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, Barbara and a wide circle of friends all over the world near and far.

May he rest in peace .

Reposing at Glennon’s Funeral Home, Ballinalee Road, Longford (N39 EC81) on Wednesday 17th December from 7.00pm until 9.00pm. Mass of the Resurrection in the Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Rooskey on Thursday 18th December at 11.00am , followed by Cremation Service at Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan at 2.00pm .
