Michael Whitley

In Loving Memory of Michael Noel Whitley, Farranree, Cork, who passed away peacefully on Wednesday April 9th 2025, aged 69.

 

A well-loved member of the Farranree community, Michael was known by many for his kind heart, cheeky humour, and willingness to help anyone.

 

Much loved husband of the late Yvonne and loving father of Michelle, Yvonne, Jim and stepfather of Andrea. Much-loved brother of the late Mary and Philomena.

 

Sadly missed by his cherished grandchildren Adam, Ruby, Ollie, Amelie, Oscar, Caoimhe and Lorenzo, sisters Deirdre, Fiona, Geraldine, Paula and Dolores, brother Richard, his many nieces and nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

 

Visitation at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Sunday April 13th from 3.00pm to 4.00pm with prayers at 3.45pm. Requiem Mass on Monday April 14th at 11.00am in the Church of the Resurrection, Farranree. Funeral Afterwards to St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Crosshaven.
