Michéal (Mick) McCarthy

The death has occurred of Michéal (Mick) McCarthy, Abbey Meadows, Cahir Road, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary and formerly Cork City.

Mick passed away peacefully at Tipperary University Hospital on Wednesday afternoon surrounded by his loving family. Pre-deceased by his daughter-in-law Gráinne, he will be sadly missed by his loving wife Marie, sons Paul, Conor and Michael, daughter Fiona, brother Tom, grandsons, daughter-in-law Aisling, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces Barbara, Liz and Claire, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Condons Funeral Parlour, Clonmel on Friday evening from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Removal on Saturday to Ss. Peter & Paul’s Church. Funeral Mass on arrival at 1.00pm. Those who cannot attend can watch live via the Ss Peter & Paul’s Parish livestream service. Burial will take place afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Tipperary University Hospital I.C.U.
