Micheál Talty

The death has occurred of Micheál Talty, Gort Road, Ennis, Co. Clare and formerly of Cranny & Lissycasey, peacefully in the exceptional care of the staff at UHL, in his 94th year, surrounded by his loving family. Pre-deceased by his wife Bridie, brother Hughie and sisters Mary & Peggy.

 

Sadly missed by his sons Michael & Patrick, daughters Mary (Lynch), Carol (Cullinan) and Josephine (Carr), daughters in law Patricia and Nandi, sons in law Seamus, James and Alan. Cherished brother of John, Patrick, TJ and Christy.

 

Also sadly missed by his adored grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and his many friends.

Reposing at his residence at Gort Road, Ennis, Co. Clare (Eircode V95 A56C) on Monday 8th July from 5 o'clock to 8 o'clock. Funeral Mass on Tuesday 9th July at 12 noon in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Barefield, followed by burial in Lissycasey Cemetery. The Mass can be viewed on the link below.

As a mark of respect Talty Window Furnishings, Cornmarket Street, Ennis, will remain closed all day Monday & Tuesday. Ennis Glass Company will be closed Tuesday. Talty's Mace, Lissycasey will be closed from 1 o'clock to 3 o'clock on Tuesday.
