Mick Keown, Chapel Street, Longford and formerly of Ballyshannon, Co.Donegal , Peacefully in the loving care of the nurses and staff of Laurel Lodge Nursing Home on 25th January 2026.

Pre-deceased by his parents William and Gretta and by his brother Jimmy.

 

Mick will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his family, beloved wife Tena, daughters Bláthnaid and Dearbáile, sons Lorccán, Tadhg and Diarmuid, grand-daughter Éabha, sister, brothers, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

 

May he Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing at Laurel Lodge Nursing Home Chapel (N39 XE92) on Tuesday 27th January from 6.00pm until 8.00pm. Removal on Wednesday 28th January to arrive at Lakelands Crematorium Cavan for Service at 1.00pm.

 

No flowers please donations if desired to Laurel Lodge Patient Comfort Fund, c/o Glennon Funeral Directors or any family member.

House private please.
