The death has occurred of
Mick (Michael) Hodson
Mick (Michael) Hodson (Ringsend and formerly of Finian Street) – January 29th, 2026. Passed away peacefully at St. Vincent’s University Hospital while surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of the late Jean (née O’Reilly), cherished father of Joanne, Michael and Mark, much-loved brother of Joan, Paddy and the late John, and predeceased by his brother-in-law Frank and sister-in-law Sheila.
Sadly missed and remembered by all his loving family, son-in-law Noel, daughters-in-law Nicola and Vicki, his adored grandchildren Eimear, Niamh, Jack, Eoin, Sean, Kyle and Emily, sister-in-law Christine, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, friends and his loyal companion Rocky.

Removal on Wednesday morning (Feb 4th) to St. Patrick’s Church, Ringsend arriving for 10am Mass, followed thereafter to Glasnevin Cemetery (St. Patrick’s).
