We wish to announce the death of our much loved Mother Millicent Howe (née Jennings) late of Kilbrittain, on the 27th December 2024. In the loving care of St Luke's Nursing Home Cork, and surrounded by her family, Avril, Rhoda, Elizabeth, Myrtle, Zenia & Olive.

Millicent's wish was for a private family funeral, and her family would like to honour her request.

In the past number of years on Mum's Dementia journey, Mum met and received great kindness from many groups of people, who helped her. Their support we hold in our hearts now. From the care she received at the Millbrook Medical Centre Bandon, the help she received in her home, and in these past three years within St Luke's Home. Mum lived her life to the fullest and always there was laughter and love. Mum was brave and her dignity an example to all her family and her extended family .
