Miriam Josephine Keegan (née Smith), late of Wicklow Town and formerly of Templeogue, Dalkey and Shankill, Co. Dublin, has died peacefully on the 5th of April 2026, in her 84th year, at St. Vincent's University Hospital, Dublin, with her loving family by her side.
Predeceased by her beloved daughter Mary, twin sister Bernadette, brother Patrick and her parents George and Áine.
Dearly loved by her children Fin, Sheila, Joseph, Conor and Miriam Frances and fondly remembered by their father Tony. She is greatly missed by her sister Pamela, brother-in-law Christopher and by her grandchildren Seán, Dylan, Piers, Florrie, Aaron, Glyn, Oisín, Mary, Allsoun and Molly, as well as her great-grandson Cillian, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, nieces, nephew, her extended family and many friends.
With immense gratitude to all the staff of Atlanta Nursing Home for their many years of love and care for Miriam, as well as the compassionate care shown by the staff of St. Vincent's University Hospital's Mary Aikenhead Suite in her final days.

Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray, A98 PX65 on Thursday, 9th April, from 7.30pm-9.00pm. Funeral Mass to take place in the Church of the Assumption, Castle Street, Dalkey, on Friday, 10th April, at 10.00am and afterwards she will be brought to her final resting place in Shanganagh Cemetery, Shankill.
Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to be made to the St. Vincent's Foundation.
