PORTER (Carraig na bhFear, Co. Cork): On May 25, 2018, peacefully, after a short illness, in the presence of her loving family and in the wonderful care of the nurses and staff of the ICU, Bon Secours Hospital, MIRIAM (née Martin), (Social Worker, C.U.H and C.U.M.H), dearly beloved wife of Albert, devoted mother of Laura, Colin and Claire, adored nanny of Molly, Liam, Ava and Ella, much loved daughter of Jenny and Thomas and dear sister of Helen, Frank, David and Claire.
Sadly missed by her loving husband, family, grandchildren, daughter-in-law Kate, son-in-law Will, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Lying in repose at Barry Bros. Funeral Home, Hazelwood, Glanmire, from Monday. Removal at 6.30pm (same day, Monday), to the Church of the Annunciation, Blackpool. Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Tuesday. Funeral afterwards to Rathcooney Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to the Neonatal Unit, CUMH.
