Miroslaw passed away, peacefully, at his residence Rockview, Doneraile.
Beloved husband of Tamara Lustofin and much loved father of Damian, Aleksandra and Karolina.
Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, relatives and friends.
May Miroslaw Rest in Peace.
Requiem Mass on Monday at 12.30 in the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Doneraile.
Funeral afterwards to the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy.
The Funeral Mass will be private.
