Moira Cahalane
(née O'Regan)
CAHALANE (Mohonagh, Skibbereen & formerly of Barryroe): on March 2nd 2025, peacefully, surrounded by her family, in the loving care of the staff at the Bon Secours Hospital, Cork. MOIRA (nee O’Regan) (vintner) beloved wife of James and loving mother of Ronan. Sadly missed by her heartbroken husband, son, daughter-in-law Georgina, sisters Margaret and Ursula, brother Frank, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, niece, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.
Reposing in Hurley & O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Skibbereen on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 5pm to 7pm followed by Prayers. Requiem Mass on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 12 noon in St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Skibbereen. This will be livestreamed here. Funeral afterwards to St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Coronea, Skibbereen.
