GRACE (née Concannon) Moira (Templeogue, Dublin) 30th July 2018, (peacefully) at St Vincent’s Private Hospital. Beloved wife of Michael, she will be sadly missed by her husband and children, Emma, Ciara and Linda, grandchildren Estelle, Clara, Henry and Evelyn, brothers, sisters, sons-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at home tomorrow, Wednesday, 1st August, between 5.30pm and 7.30pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday, 2nd August, at 11am in Terenure College Chapel followed by Cremation in Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross, The Irish Cancer Society and ARC Cancer Support.
