Mona DEMPSEY
(née Cooney)
Mona Dempsey (nee Cooney), College Street, Carlow, August 27th 2024 peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Mick and much loved mother of Maura, Mona, Pat, Mary-Clare, Deirdre and John. Sadly missed by her loving daughters, son, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
May Mona’s gentle Soul Rest in Eternal Peace.
Reposing at her daughter Mary-Clare’s home (Springhill, Killeshin, Carlow R93 Y2F8) on Thursday from 3pm concluding with prayers at 8pm. Funeral Mass on Friday at 10am in the Cathedral of the Assumption. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
