Mona passed away peacefully. Predeceased by her husband J.J. daughter Rosemary, brothers Gerdy, Paddy and Fr. Joe. Mona will forever be in the hearts of her loving family, much loved mother of Noel, Michael, Paul, Seamus & Catherese. Deeply mourned and sadly missed by her daughters-in-law Hanka, Linda, Niamh & Cilla, grandchildren Kianan, Caoimhe, Jamie, Evelyn, Sara, Sally, Joey & Shay, her sisters-in-law Liz, Nelly, Sheila, Gretrude & Connie, nephews, nieces, relatives and many loyal and dear friends.

Due to current government guidelines Mona's funeral will be private for family members only. Funeral Mass will take place in St. Columba's Church, Kilbeacanty on Monday, December 28th, at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Rakerin Cemetery. The family home is strictly private at all times. Family flowers only please donations if desired to Galway Hospice.

Those who would like to attend the funeral but are unable due to current restrictions can pay their respects and say goodbye to Mona by forming a static guard of honour along her final journey from St. Columba's  Church to Rakerin following the Mass or a message of condolence can be left in the condolence section below. All enquiries please to O'Donnell's Undertakers.
