Mona passed away unexpectedly after a long illness faced with quiet courage on Thursday 26th March at home with her loving Husband Frank & dedicated carers.

Predeceased by her Son Alan & her Brothers Fr. Shán & PJ and her Sister Vera.

Beloved Wife of Frank, adored Mother of Frankie, David, Peter & Conor, devoted Grandmother of Elizabeth, Eve, Rory, Alan, Emily, Lúca & James, very sadly missed by her Daughters-in-law Ann-Marie, Charlene & Margaret, Sisters Claire & Máire, Brother Brendan, Sister-in-law Sadie, extended family, kind neighbours, carers & her many friends.

May Mona's Gentle Soul, Rest in Peace

Reposing at Monahan's Funeral Home, Gort on Sunday 29th March from 5 to 7pm for family & friends to say their last goodbyes, followed by removal to Saint Colman's Church, Gort where Mona will repose over night.

Funeral Mass on Monday 30th March at 12noon. Burial afterwards in the local cemetery.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to The Alzheimer Society of Ireland.
