HOBAN, Mona (nee McMenamin). Cootehill, Co. Cavan, and originally from Fanad, Co. Donegal.

Peacefully, at St James’s Hospital surrounded by her children, Jenny, Gerry and Moira.

Much loved mother. She will be sadly missed by her grandson Conor, sisters Frances, Ann, Noreen and Joan, brother Michael, sisters-in-law Ilene and Fin and brothers-in-law Pat and Rory, daughter-in-law Helen; nieces, nephews and many friends.

Thanks to the staff of Gascoigne Nursing Home, Saint James’s Hospital and the Darley Medical Centre for their care. Special thanks and gratitude to her neighbours and friends in Cootehill for their constant kindness.

Reposing at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan, 4-6pm Sunday June 23rd; Service at Lakelands Crematorium, 12 noon Monday, June 24th, followed by cremation.
