The death has occurred of
Mona WALSH
(née Rattigan)
MONA WALSH (née Rattigan) Rathmore, Four-Mile-House, Roscommon who died on June 10th, 2020, (Peacefully), at her home, surrounded by all her family. Beloved wife of the late Henry, grandmother of the late Joey and sister of the late Frances. She will be very sadly missed by her sons Enda and Niall, sisters Una Healy and Bridie Cooke, daughters-in-law Winifred and Majella, grandchildren Gemma, Henry, Ruth, Eleanor, Fionn and Harry, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.
Please note that in an effort to follow current government guidelines and with the support and agreement of the family, Mona’s funeral Mass will take place in St Brigid’s Church, Four-Mile-House on Thursday afternoon at 2 o’c with burial afterwards in Ballinderry Cemetery but will be private to family only. The funeral cortege will depart from Mona’s home prior to the Mass and following Mass will travel to the Cemetery via Ballinderry, passing her home once more.
The Mass will be broadcast and can be heard locally on the Parish Radio 95FM and will also be streamed live from 1.50 o’c on Thursday. To view the live stream, please click HERE.
