MONICA CONNELLY

CONNELLY, Monica, Leeson St. Upper, Dublin 4, and late of OPW. 26th September, 2025, in her 93rd year, peacefully at St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Predeceased by her brother Austin (John Joe) and her sister Sr Colette (Holy Faith Sisters). A devoted sister and adoring aunt. Deeply missed by her brother John and her sister-in-law Birgit. Also deeply mourned by her nephew Emmet and his wife Petra and their children Mia and Enda. She is sadly missed by all her nieces and nephews in Ireland, the US, Germany and Spain, and her adored grandnieces and grandnephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Monica’s wish to reside at home in her final years was made possible by Emmet and his family and the devoted team from Iniscare.

Reposing Thursday, 2nd October, at her residence from 5.00 to 7.00 pm. Removal Friday morning to St Mary’s Church, Haddington Road, for 10.00 am Funeral Mass. Burial in Crosserlough Cemetery, Co. Cavan at 2.00 pm (approximately).
