Monica McGovern
(née Gamblin)
McGovern, Monica (Molly), (née Gamblin) – 1st October 2023, (East Wall), (Peacefully), surrounded by her loving family and in the wonderful care of staff at Carechoice Nursing Home, Malahide Road. Loving mother of Thomas, Caroline and Christopher. Predeceased by her beloved husband Christy and grandson Declan. Sadly missed by her sons and daughter, daughters-in-law Debbie and Angie, grandchildren Kayleigh, Connor, Christopher, Caitlyn, Seán, Andrew, Paige, Kyle, expected great-grandchild, brother Les and sisters Rose, Marie, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at her residence, East Wall, Dublin 3 on Wednesday evening, 4th October, from 6pm to 8pm. Removal on Thursday morning to the Church of St. Joseph, East Wall arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by cremation in Dardistown Crematorium.
Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to Irish Heart Foundation.
At Monica’s request, please wear colourful clothing to help mark the celebration of her life.
