Monica O'Dowd
(née O'Sullivan)

O'Dowd (Chairmans Lane, Kinsale and late of Macroom) on February 11th 2024 passed away peacefully in the wonderful care of the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of Kinsale Community Hospital. Monica (nee O'Sullivan), sister of the late Teresa Tangney.

Deeply regretted by her daughter Miriam, sons Cathal, Denis and Joseph, son-in-law Johnny, daughters-in-law Alison and Annemarie, her beloved grandchildren Rachel, Rhiannon, Jack, Jenny, Fionn, Charlotte, Evan, Katie-Daisy, Charlie, Asha, Lauren and Savannah, nieces Mary and Anne, nephews Declan, Brendan, Martin and Mark, cousins, neighbours and friends.

Monica will be lying in repose at Gabriel and O'Donovan's Funeral Home, Kinsale on Tuesday evening from 6pm to 7pm followed by prayers.

Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 12 noon in St. John the Baptist Church, Kinsale which will be livestreamed on www.churchservices.tv/kinsale, funeral afterwards to St. Eltin's Cemetery, Kinsale.
