Monica O'Neill
(née Lynch)
O’NEILL (Cork) On 29th February 2024, peacefully, in the presence of her loving family and in the tender care of the staff at the Mercy University Hospital, MONICA (nee Lynch), late of Fairfield Green, Farranree. Dearly beloved wife of the late Miah and much loved mother of Jackie, Gerard, Lilly, Shirley, Thomas, Katelynn and the late Richard and Kevin, devoted nan of Martin, Christopher, Rebecca, Katriona, Jessica, Shane, Jonathan, Anthony, Kellieanne, Chloe, Kenneth, Jason, Aaron, Stewart, Andrew, Adam, Emily, Sean and the late Glenn and loving great grandnan. Dearest sister of Joan, Rita and Chrissy, cousin and best friend of the late Ita.
Sadly missed by her heartbroken family, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, especially Breda and her sister Mary, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, godchildren Jamie, Rebecca and Kellieanne, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street on Monday (4th March) at 10.00am, family in attendance from 4.00pm with Rosary at 5.00pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday (5th March) at 10.00am in the Church of the Resurrection, Farranree. Funeral afterwards to The Island Crematorium, Rocky Island, Ringaskiddy.
