The death has occurred of Monica (Rhona) O’Brien (nee Hanley) of Clavinstown, Drumree and Hillview Nursing Home, Rathfeigh, Co. Meath. Unexpectedly but peacefully, at Connolly hospital, Blanchardstown. Beloved wife of Pierce and Mam of Dermot, Mary, Darragh and Eoin. Monica will be sadly missed by her family, brothers Sean, Ken, Eamonn and Eric, sons-in-law Brendan and Keith, daughter-in-law Maria, grandchildren Darren, Kyle, Roisin, Diarmuid, Grainne, Sean, Ciaran, Una, Sínead, Freddy and Lily, adored great-grandson Aodhan, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and the residents of Hillview Nursing Home.

Reposing at Mc Entaggart’s Funeral Home, Dunshaughlin A85 DE70 from 4pm until 7pm on Sunday. Funeral Mass on Monday at 11am in the Church of the Assumption, Dunsany followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to the residents of Hillview Nursing Home.
