The death has occurred of
Monica TRAVERS
(née Byrne)
TRAVERS, Monica (née Byrne) (late of Rathfarnham and formerly of Donnybrook, Dublin) passed away peacefully, on the 20th of December 2025 in the exceptional care of the staff of Dargle Valley Nursing Home, Enniskerry. Beloved wife of the late Joseph and mother to Una (RIP), Al, Siobhán and Damien. Deeply missed by her sisters Pat, Breda and Mary. She will be very sadly missed by her grandchildren Shane, Aoife, Katie, Ian and Elli Marguerite, great-grandchildren Sophie and Hugo, sons-in-law Lance and Brian, daughters-in- law Suzanne and Maureen, brothers-in-law, and all extended family, neighbours and friends.

Monica will be reposing at the Larry Massey Funeral Home, the Eden Centre, Grange Road, Rathfarnham on Saturday (27th December) from 9am prior to her removal to St. John the Evangelist Church, Ballinteer arriving for 10am funeral mass. Funeral immediately afterwards to Shanganagh Cemetery. Please leave your messages of sympathy for the Travers family in the "condolence" section below.
