Myles Walsh (Foxrock and Sandyford House) – 11th February 2021 (peacefully) after an illness in the loving care of St Vincent’s University Hospital.

Deeply missed by his much loved and loving wife Leonora, his cherished children Oliver, Elaine and Michael, son-in-law Chris, daughters-in-law Sandra and Anna, his treasured grandchildren Henry, Holly and Finn, sisters Mary, Roz, Jodie and Ann, brothers-in-law Oliver, Paul, Robert, Jimmy, Dan and Eddie, sisters-in-law Lucia, Anne Maire and Jean, his nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, wonderful friends in the Licensed Vintners and his great circle of friends.

In line with Government and HSE advice regarding funeral gatherings, a private funeral will take place at 12 noon on Wednesday afternoon (February 24th). Live streaming of the Funeral Mass can be viewed by clicking on the following link CLICK HERE

Myles’ Funeral Cortège is expected to arrive at The Sandyford House, Sandyford Village on Wednesday morning at 11:40am and will then proceed at walking pace to St. Mary’s Church, Sandyford Village. Anyone wishing to stand along the route as a mark of respect are asked not to gather in groups and to adhere to all guidelines relating to social distancing and the wearing of face masks.

Those who would have liked to attend the funeral and cannot due to current restrictions may leave a personal message for the family in the section “Condolences” on the bottom of this notice.
