Nancy passed from this life today, Friday 19th June, surrounded by her family, in the care of Portiuncula Hospital. Predeceased by her husband Cormac, she will be deeply missed by her son John, daughters Rosaleen and Teresa, daughter in law Brid sons in law Declan and Damien, brothers Pat and Joe, sisters, Eileen, Dympna & Ena, grandchildren, Shane, Cian, Aoife & Niamh, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours, and friends.

 

 

 

 

In keeping with HSE and Public Health guidelines on public gatherings, a private Mass will be celebrated for the repose of Nancy's Soul, with immediate family only, on Sunday 21st June at 10.30am in St. Brigid's Church, Portumna. For those who would have liked to attend the funeral, but cannot in the current restrictions, Nancy's Mass can be viewed on Portumna Parish Facebook LINK

 

 

 

Nancy's cortege will leave her house at 10am to make its way to the church. Friends and neighbours are invited, if they wish, to stand at their gates or line the route as a mark of support to the family. Please maintain the respect of social distance for each other as directed by HSE and Public Health. Private burial will take place immediately afterwards in St. Michael's Cemetery.
