Nancy Barry
(née Hillery)

The death has occurred of Nancy Barry (née Hillery) of Main Street, Ennistymon, Co. Clare and formerly of Ballyhean, Liscannor on the 18th May 2024 peacefully, surrounded by her family in the care of St Dominic Savio Nursing Home, Liscannor. Predeceased by her husband Paddy, her brother Dinny and her sisters Maura and Biddy.

Sadly missed by her daughters Moira (Doyle) and Anne (Chambers) and her sons James, Padraig and Aidan, sister in law Amelia Hillery, sons in law Hugh and Jim, daughters in law Ruth and Linda, James’ partner Marie, her adoring grandchildren Niamh (O’Sullivan), Eanna, Clíona, Cillian, Alysh, Karen, Matthew, Eva, Ella and Luke and great grandson Oisín, her nieces and nephews, the extended Barry and Hillery families, her neighbours and wide circle of friends.

May she rest in Peace.

Reposing in the Church of Our Lady and Saint Michael, Ennistymon (V95 RF40) this Tuesday evening, 21st May, from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning at 11am followed by burial afterwards in the old cemetery, Ennistymon.
