On November 29th 2025, peacefully surrounded by her loving family and in the tender care of Marymount Hospice. Much-loved partner and best friend of Ray. Devoted mother of Thomas, Maura and Kieran. Loving daughter of the late Mick and Bridie Hassett and adored sister of the late Tom. Loving sister to Margaret (Quirke), Pat (O’Neill) and Phil (Gahan).

Adored Nan of Saoirse, Ciarán, Shane, Aaron, Orlaith, Erin, Amyee, Amyra, Tara, Bronagh, Ceolinn and Kai. Loving Great-Nan of Ella, Ana, Freya and Maeve. Admired mother-in-law to Linda, Kieran’s partner Pio, and Maura’s partner John. Grand kids Jodi and Jay.

She will be forever missed by her sons and daughter and their Father, sisters, Ray and his family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces, all her relatives, neighbours and her sincere friends.

Reposing at Martin Neligan & Son’s Funeral Home, Station House, Fermoy P61 K682 on this Tuesday, 2nd December 2025 from 6.pm – 7pm. Reception into Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Fermoy, on Wednesday, 3rd December 2025, for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Cremation afterwards private.
