Nancy O'Shea
(née Spillane)
O’SHEA (Cois Caol, Skibbereen, formerly of Ballydehob and Milltown, Co. Kerry): On April 1st 2023 peacefully at home in the presence of her family. NANCY (née Spillane) beloved wife of the late James, beloved mother of Maria (Groarke), John, Siobhan and Kieran, sister of the late Margaret Lynch and Maureen Spillane. Sadly missed by her loving family, son-in-law Declan, John’s partner Markus, brother Thomas, sister-in-law Maureen, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours, friends and Frank.
Reposing in Hurley and O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Skibbereen, on Monday, April 3rd 2023, from 6pm to 7pm followed by prayers. Requiem Mass on Tuesday, April 4th 2023, at 12 noon in St Patrick’s Cathedral, Skibbereen. This will be livestreamed on www.skibbereenandrath.ie/webcam/. Funeral afterwards to St Patrick’s Cemetery, Coronea, Skibbereen. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Irish Cancer Society or Marymount Hospice, Cork.
