Ned (Eddie) Moran

Ned (Eddie) Moran, Ballyspillane, Midleton and formerly of Moone, Kildare. On September 25th 2025 peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the exceptional care of the doctors, nurses and staff at Marymount Hospital and Hospice, Cork.

Ned, beloved husband of the late Chrissie, much loved dad of Eileen, Billy and Betty. Loving gaga of Jervis, Lorna, Jemima, Jessie, Serena, Chris, Nicola, Triona, Daragh. Great grandad of Matthew, Cael, Zoë, Yasmine, Oisín, Evie and Noah.

Pre-deceased by his sister Kathleen Breslin.

Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his family, son-in-law Stephen, daughter-in-law Teresa, grandchildren and their partners, great grandchildren, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Ned will repose in O’Farrell’s Funeral Home, Riverside Way, Midleton P25 X382 on Sunday 28th September from 4pm to 6pm.

Reception in to Sacred Heart Church, Mogeely on Monday 29th September for 12 noon Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Mogeely Old Cemetery.
