Tarrant (Kilcorney) On February 23rd 2018, Ned (Thornton), South Horsemount, beloved son of the late Dan and Joanie and dear brother of Mary (Ahern, Ballynoe). Deeply regretted by his loving sister, brother-in-law Paddy, nephew Donal, nieces Laura and Grace, cousins, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.
Reposing at McCarthy’s Funeral Home, Banteer. Visitation on ***Sunday evening from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Reception into Kilcorney Community Centre (due to church renovations) on Monday at 11.30am for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers to Mallow Search and Rescue c/o McCarthy’s Funeral Home.
