Niav O'Higgins

The family of Niav O’Higgins (South Circular Road and formerly of London) are profoundly sad to announce the death of Niav O’Higgins solicitor, adjudicator and former construction partner at Arthur Cox LLP, solicitors, in Dublin.

Niav died peacefully on Tuesday, 2 December 2025, in the care of the staff at Our Lady’s Hospice Harold’s Cross, with her family around her; prior to this Niav had been an oncology patient at St Vincent’s Private Hospital.

Niav will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by all her family, friends and former work colleagues.

Niav’s family wish to express their grateful thanks to all the staff at Our Lady’s Hospice Harold’s Cross and St Vincent’s Private Hospital, especially Professor Crown and his team, for their care and support of Niav.

A humanist funeral for Niav will take place on Saturday, 13 December 2025 at 3:45 PM, in the Garden Chapel at Mount Jerome Cemetery and Crematorium, 158 Harold’s Cross Road, Harold’s Cross, Dublin, D6W HY98.
