The death has occurred of
Nicholas James (Nicky) Byrne
Peacefully at his home, surrounded by his loving famiy, predeceased by his parents Paddy and Christina and his brother John. Loving father of Saoirse, Finnian and Ailish, and brother of Larry, Mary Byrne (Maganey), Michael, Hugh, Pam Lennon (Bray), Marcella Mallick, Paddy, Sinéad Hennessy (Blessington), Gonne Barry (Castleknock), Colman, Eamonn and Donal. Sadly missed by his loving family, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives, neighbours and his many friends in Ireland and Melbourne.
Reposing at his home in Garryhoe (Eircode Y14 XV29) on Wednesday from 2pm, with removal on Thursday evening at 6.45pm to St. Kevin's Church, Killaveney, Tinahely, arriving for 7.30pm Reception Prayers. Funeral Mass on Friday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to South Wicklow Hospice Homecare and the Irish Cancer Society.
