Nicholas (Nick) Coakley

McKelvey, Finglas, Dublin

Nicholas Coakley, born in 1935, formerly of Gardiner Street and late of Gateux, Finglas. Nick was a former player with Tolka Rovers FC and Saint Pat’s FC, an active community member and a firm supporter of McKelvey Football Club.

 

Peacefully, at home surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Betty (recently deceased) and cherished father of Janet, Celine, Gregory and the late Caron. Nick will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his children, grandchildren Anita, Nicole, Hollie, Kellie, Jane, Mark, Scott, Dylan, Kerri and Max, great grandchildren Philip, Lucy, Joseph, Sophia and Conor, sons-in-law Joe, Anthony and Damien, Gregory’s partner Veronica, sister Molly, brother-in-law Mark,  nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, a large circle of friends young and old and all who knew and loved him. Family flowers only, donations in lieu of flowers, to Saint Francis Hospice or The Irish Cancer Society.
